我觉得你的问题很明显在于你学习的时候过多处于的是正式的教学进程中。
上课或者自学不会开口，该知道的语法单词你都知道，就是不能及时反应过来，说不出来。

你想看的了口最好的办法无疑是找个老外朋友，跟他相处久了完全是自然而然的提高口语。

我个人推荐你试试培养下自己看英美剧，电影的爱好。也不说许多电影确实精彩，平时看的话也是看它们的精彩，开始我也是，但是我看了这么久发现，许多电影回过头看第二遍我能学到很多，剧情知道我更热衷于看他的表达方式。常常会记下些实用的，有的表达我也会暂停想想学学。
现在感觉在班上演讲唱歌表达观点，可以优于大部分同学。特别是看美剧，很多表达他不断重复，你想不熟悉都不行，而这些表达都是日常用语，对您应该是会用很大帮助。
但是你作为上班族时间不够的话，还是看电影比较好，一部电影过第一遍可以适当记些你觉得有用的，过了许久可以回过头来看看，对一些表达先试着回想，再验证看他是不是这么说的

Part A - Reading Aloud(模仿朗读)，要求考生观看一段大约一分钟的片断，然后考生开始模仿训练：先阅读文字稿，再对照文字稿听录音。完成训练之后考生开始模仿朗读。
Part B - Role Play(角色扮演)，要求考生观看一段大约两分钟的片段，明确自己拟要扮演的角色以及要完成的任务。看完片段之后首先根据中文提示，准备20秒钟后用英语提出三个问题，计算机将回答考生的提问；然后计算机向考生提出五个问题，考生必须根据自己所听的内容（包括片段和计算机的回答两部分）回答问题，回答问题之前考生有10秒钟的准备时间。
Part C - Retelling(故事复述)，要求考生先听一段大约两分钟的独白，录音播放两遍。考生准备一分钟之后开始复述所听的内容。要求考生尽可能使用自己的语言复述，而且复述内容应涵盖尽可能多的原文信息点。选取的独白其体裁主要以记述文和议论文为主。
