全国大学生英语竞赛题型有：听力理解题、单项选择题、完形填空题、阅读理解题、翻译题、智力测试题、短文改错题和写作题。
1、听力理解题共分为A、B、C、D四个部分，共计30道小题，每小题计1分，总分为30分。
2、单项选择题由15道四选一的选择题组成，主要考查各类别参赛者在本类别内英语学习中所应掌握的词汇及语法知识，以及对参赛者对于英语母语国家基本文化知识进行考查。

2、注意答题技巧
作文与智力题，考虑下“性价比”，也就是分值和付出时间的比，显而易见，先做完作文很重要。智力题就留在最后时间充裕再做。如果实在题目做不完的话，可以进行策略性的放弃，保证其他题目能够答完。
3、注意合理分配时间
全国大学生英语竞赛考试特点是题量大、时间紧、题型多，120分钟，98道题目，平均下来，每道题目的做题时间≈1.22分钟。考试过程用“争分多秒”来形容也不为过了。
4、及时填答题卡
一定要提早涂答题卡，因为很可能做不完题目，等考试结束，很可能就来不及有涂卡了，前功尽弃。建议做一题就涂一题，或者在每道大题过后填上。
5、做真题
