地震期间，感人的故事数不胜数，可有几件事却令我无法忘记：当消防队员掀起水泥板时，眼前一幕却让他们愣住了：一位母亲双腿跪地，双手撑地，她的身下，是一个三四个月大的孩子，可是这位母亲却永远停止了呼吸。队员们从孩子身上找到了一个手机，上面是这位妈妈编写的一条短信：亲爱的宝贝，如果你能活下来，请记住，妈妈永远都爱着你。看着短信，消防队员们无不动容。爱是伟大的，母爱是最伟大的。这句话在这位母亲身上充分展现了出来。此刻，这位妈妈身上闪耀着光芒，闪耀着母爱的光芒！
在一所中学中，搜救官兵看到了一个神圣而又令人动容的场景：一位老师双手紧紧护着两名学生，像一只展翅欲飞的雄鹰，可是，这只雄鹰却再也飞不起来了，但两个学生还活着。由于老师的双手已经僵硬，官兵们只好含泪将他的手锯了下来……是什么力量使们不顾身的安危？是什么力量使他放弃了生的希望？是什么力量促使他宁愿死也要守护自己的学生？是爱，是老师对学生的爱，是穿越生死的爱！
最近，国家确定了全球哀悼日，所有人都在5月19日至21日14时28分默默哀悼，为灾区人民祈福，为死去的亡灵默哀。这不正是人民的爱吗？这是纯洁的爱，是不需要任何修饰的爱，是震不垮的爱！
在灾难发生后的第一时间，全国人民都行动了起来，积极捐款，献血，为灾区人民尽出了自己的力量。面对灾难，我们又一次向全球展现出了我们中华的丰采，展现了我们中华人民震不垮的爱
