1.公告天下:六月开始,老师便展开做班级纪念册的计划,首先公告天下,告诉全班:“我们要做一本书,属于我们班自己的班书。”预期到的问题来了:“什么?”“我们要去哪里‘搬’书?”“要怎么做?”“老师,我们可不可以……?”问题各个击破之后,接下来在班上要决定书的名字。
2.脑力激荡:从《605班书》《605纪念册》《我们这一班》《蜜蜂家族》到后来的《快乐童年》《彩色童年》《展翅高飞的605》……纷纷出现,这时,老师一声令下,投票表决。
3.拍板定案:最后投票决定,书名就叫做《605童年回忆》。
4.招兵买马:为了让小朋友有参与感,也利用机会训练一下孩子的做事能力,在班上聘任几位编辑,两位催稿、五位打字、两位美编,经过激烈的竞争,人选终于产生了。
5.走马上任:原本很担心孩子三分钟热度,到头来老师又得全部一肩扛起,但隔一天,见到负责催稿的小朋友,慎重其事的用计算机打了一张交件表格,把全部的同学姓名座号,分照片、文章和图画列出空格,交件的打勾画记,老师的心中便稍稍放下心,但孩子毕竟是孩子,有时还是需要老师帮助,中午午休轮流由一位同学打字,有时解决学生打字中的问题,比自己打字还花时间,但为了让孩子参与和锻炼,还是让小朋友动手,幸亏班上也有几个打字高手,帮了不少忙。最后的校稿,还是要由老师亲自来,最后三十四位小朋友,完成了三十位,心中的大石头终于放了下来。
6.好事多磨:每班最后总有几个“慢郎中”,我班上也不例外,为了让最后那几位交出这两年来最满意的一篇文章和照片,还是要拖好久,加上进行到这时候,学校的期末考试逼近,事情的进度停顿了下来。(这次的经验告诉我,下次做,要从期中开始做,免得期末忙得晕头转向。)
7.大功告成:总算每位小朋友都交齐了一篇文章和生活照,又搜集了一些绘画作品,但觉得还少了些什么,于是再加上每人一页的个人小档案、心情留言、给同学的话,这样终于送交印刷厂。
8.家长支持:出一本书,不对外发行,只印刷三十多本,成本是何其大,故原本打算以黑白影印纸影印装订完成,这样大约每本需75元。不过在告知本班家长会会长之后,在他支持下,由会长自营的印刷公司赞助印制,在不增加预算的情况下,本班的纪念册于是变成彩色精装版了,真像纪念册!
