老師能合理組織學生自主學習、合作探究，對學生的即時評價具有發展性和激勵性。學生能夠自學的內容，教師讓學生自學；學生能夠自己表達的，教師鼓勵學生去表達在課堂上教師不僅解放學生的耳，還解放學生的腦、口、手。
老師很負責，每次上課都能看到她拿著一沓厚厚的備課方案，能夠利用製作的很好的PPT，並通過一些圖片來營造一種很和諧的氛圍，讓我們對課文更好的了解。印象最深的就是一篇是一位士兵與一位woman寫信的文章，老師讓我們根據一系列的圖復述課文，因此我們普遍對那篇課文的印象很深，並理解的更好。她每一篇課文都會從頭到腳的給我們講一遍，劃重點，講句型，解語法，分析復雜句子，一篇課文講完了，也給我們翻譯完了。陸老師講課生動形象，富有一種女性的柔美。她能夠平等的對待我們每一個人，授課主線清晰，邏輯性強，課上經常以提問的形勢與我們互動，而不是自己一味地講自己的。陸老師的口語發音很好，課上大多用英語，我們聽不懂的他會給我們在用漢語復述一遍，對我們來說有很大的好處----鍛煉英語聽力。我們是學機械的，大家的英語底子不是很好，對英語的興趣也不是很高，因此每次提問總會出現那麼幾個問題，兒我們的英語老師總是耐心的給我們指正。我們老師經常告誡我們本來基礎就薄弱，更應該好好地下功夫。
們的英語老師治學嚴謹，要求嚴格，能深入了解我們的學習和生活狀況，循循善誘，平易近人；他尤其注意啟發和調動我們的積極性，在課堂上他喜歡通過提問搶答來調節課堂氣氛，因此每堂課的氣氛都較為活躍；他上課例題豐富，不厭其煩，細心講解，使我們有所收獲；他教學認真，善於用凝練的語言將復雜難於理解的句子或者語法清晰、明確的表達出來；最重要的是，他能虛心並廣泛聽取我們的意見和反饋信息，做到及時修正和調整自己的教學。另外，老師還給我們創造了許多自由空間來發揮自己的想像，使得我們的英語學習兼顧了個性化自主學習與課堂教學、語言基礎與語言綜合應用能力。老師上課時，通過多媒體課件的演示以及輔助影視資料，加深了我們對西方文化的理解，使我們不但學到了語言知識，而且還提高了我們的綜合素質。通過這門課程的學習，有助於我們對其他國家的了解。總之，他是一個公認的不可多得的好教師。
老師能有效改變課程實施過於強調接受學習、死記硬背和機械訓練的現狀，倡導學生主動參與、樂於探究、勤於動手的學習方式。能夠有效地組織和引導學生開展以探究為特徵的研究性學習，使接受與探究相輔相成，學生的學習境界更高。 首先，感謝老師一學期以來對我們的教導。無論在知識還是在做人上老師都給我們了積極的指導。老師，您辛苦了！其次，學生對老師提一點建議：英語是一項語言的工夫。希望老師加強授課時知識的拓展與檢查，謝謝老師。
老師課上得很成功，給人耳目一新，無論比指導思想、課的設計都充分體現了新的理念，體現了軍事學科的本質。做到重組教材，力求讓學生經歷探究學習的全過程。幽默而陳懇，給學生真正學習知識的機會。
評價語言是課堂教學中，師對生在課 堂對話中生成的瞬時的、即興的、即時的、即地的一種語言。教師課堂評價語言往往是對學生課堂學習活動作出的瞬時反應，從而幫助他們調整、控制後繼學習行為，它是教師對教學行為所作出的一種情感和行為的反應。
評價語言的適用對象是師生之間。

Miss Watson: That's poisonous. I'm not married because, I' m not. I was engaged to Patrick Watts. Everybody called him Leo, and I never knew why, he was the first person that I ever danced with or smoked with, got incredible drunk with, and, well, a lot of first things. We were 18 and getting married at Christmas of '41. Then Pearl Harbor happened and everything changed, everybody changed. And by June, he was sent overseas.
