在英语教学中，教师觉得写作教学难。对阅读理解较重视，忽视了写作的重要性。所以，写作让教师和学生比较纠结，也成为教师头疼而学生又非常犯愁的事情。而写作恰好能唤起学生对所学或所掌握的语言的感觉。多年的英语教学使我发现多数学生的作文缺乏引人入胜的词汇和句子、信息不全、语法不通、搭配不当、没有关联词、句型有错误、条理混乱等，这也是历年中考学生失分最多的原因。下面是我对一届学生三年英语写作呕心沥血的培养，形成了自己在指导学生英语写作方法和技巧方面特殊的教学模式。
一、写作与培养学生听、说、读的兴趣是密切联系的，它既是语言训练，又是思维训练
七年级是对学生英语学习兴趣的培养阶段也是写作准备阶段。学生接受能力强，想象力丰富，对知识充满好奇心，对学习怀有极大的兴趣。这一阶段需要教师激发他们的学习热情。然而，学生的语言知识薄弱，思维的条理性以及语言表达的逻辑性不强。因此，写作过程需要教师激发他们的学习兴趣。在课堂教学中，我从听、说、读、训练入手：
1.遣词造句
例如，七年级英语教材（外研上）起始模块，形容词性物主代词：第一人称单数my，我先给出一个示范：my
book，随即让学生展开想象大量列举。如，my desk，my English
teacher…用这种方法，我们学习完形容词性物主代词。学生很快整理出不同人称单复数的形容词性物主代词，总结出了“形容词性物主代词在使用时需和一个名词连用”的用法。学生有了成功的体验，更加积极地参与下面的活动。用同样的方法操练句型：It’s
time to ＋ V动词原形…，我先给出示范：It’s time to go to school. 随即学生列举出：It’s time to go home.

breakfast…一直拓展到同学全部练习完。学生的模仿能力很强，在整个学习过程中，学生能运用短语、句型清晰地进行意思的表达。这一点我非常肯定，小学英语为中学英语课堂教学奠定了基础。因此，在课堂教学中，重视词句部分的教学，是写作训练非常重要的一步。
2.激发兴趣
根据以上两个知识点的练习，我开始介绍班里的新同学。要求被介绍的同学要自己设计情境，发挥自己的想象力，要把我们今天学到的两个知识点编进对话中。我说：Mike，This

friend，Mike.下面的情境由这两位同学自己创设。

两位同学的精彩表演，令同学们深受启发，大家不约而同地给出了热烈的掌声。接下来同学们踊跃表演，他们的脸上露出一种强烈的表现欲，课堂气氛达到了高潮。本活动以对话的形式为学生提供了语境，让学生感受到练习的真实性和必要性。学生通过自己亲身参与和实践，发展了语言技能，克服了以往大量的死记硬背的弊端。七年级学生初学英语，往往抱有好奇心和新鲜感，我使他们的好奇心升华为一种说英语的兴趣，兴趣的增长又必然会给学生带来强烈的求知欲和巨大的创造力。
3.知识积累
英语是结构语言，它有自身的固定搭配、习惯用语和基础句型。为了让学生的写作得心应手，教师要指导并激励学生背单词、背课本、背范文，并加强听写和检查力度。课文和范文中的句子比较规范，它可以让学生写作比较规范，是学生开始仿写的依据。
二、写作与指导学生听、说、读是密切联系的，它由再思考，再加工再到进行有序的语言存储，使写作内容更加完善
八年级是对学生写作指导阶段也是写作充实阶段。学生的语言知识已比较系统，理解力增强，文字表达能力逐渐提高。教师应该引领学生广泛阅读，拓宽英语知识面和词汇量。但是他们欠缺写作技巧，文章内容较空洞，语言错误多，常习惯用中文思维，自我纠错能力差。这时教师的耐心指导和激励会起决定性的作用。在课堂教学中：
1.学生口语练习和表达方式往往是写作的基础
如，我利用课本资源，每天要求一名值日生根据我们当天所学内容自由写作。第二天，课前5分钟，值日生朗读他的作文，同学们根据其内容踊跃提问，大家集体回答。在这个训练过程中，学生通过感悟和体验英语，提高了自己的综合语言运用能力，同时也训练了听力和口语。这项活动我坚持了两年，不仅使学生写作能力呈递升趋势，而且为他们中考英语口语考试夯实了基础。
2.加强阅读理解
教师应引领学生坚持长期课外阅读。领悟英语的习惯表达，丰富学生的英语知识，增强学生英语语感。背诵阅读材料中的一些优美的语句，把积累的词句运用于自己的写作中，克服写作时使用中文句式。
3.进行写法指导
（1）规范写作细节，如大小写、标点符号、换行等。（2）利用投影仪整体纠正错误。我用红笔标出学生写作中出现单词拼写、语法、句子表达的错误，对学生进行视觉刺激。以及同一句话中英文表达的差异，降低学生用中文思维的习惯。（3）表扬那些把我们刚刚学过的新单词、新句型、新语法恰到好处地运用在自己的写作中，使文章内容饱满的学生。（4）展示哪些学生有意识地拓展写作思路；哪些学生段与段、句与句之间关联词用得好；哪些学生句型用得好；哪些学生作文写得好。在这个阶段，我常带着学生阅读别人的作文，从中他们学到了更多的写作知识和技巧，更留心自己写作中的语法及用词错误。由于一年多不厌其烦的反复纠错、展示、训练，学生的写作知识逐渐得到了沉淀，写作水平大幅度提高。下面是一篇八年级学生的材料作文：

一、尽早抓起，循序渐进，持之以恒
学生英语阅读能力的培养和提高并非一朝一夕所能达到，而是需要经过师生长期坚持不懈的努力，方能一点一点的提高。那种你认为让学生在初一、初二打好英语基础知识的底子，等初三再突击阅读能力的训练之方法是不可取的。因此，在学生进入初中阶段后，教师就需要制定周密的计划，有条不紊，坚持不懈的对学生的阅读能力进行长期的系统的训练。经过这样长期的坚持训练，学生的阅读量会日益扩大，随着阅读量的不断加大，学生的阅读能力也就自然而然的得到了培养和提高。
二、合理安排教学步骤，有层次地引导学生阅读
1.引导学生快速阅读，捕捉大意，扩大阅读视幅面，培养他们良好的阅读习惯，训练阅读速度，提高概述能力。
2.指导学生精读全文，把握信息，然后有效指导学生学习语言知识，培养他们理解、掌握和应用语言知识的能力。
3.引导学生充分利用课本，强化课文整体理解教学，课文是最好的阅读材料，须充分利用。教师在组织学生学习课文时，应把课文当作一个整体来组织教学。这种教学方法能提高学生的英语学习兴趣，调动学生的学习积极性。当然，除此之外，采取一定的方法来培养学生的阅读能力是必要的。如：在安排学生预习课文时可让学生找出重点段落的中心句或用英语来说出这部分的意思来，这样经过长期不懈的训练，就可逐步培养和提高学生的英语阅读能力

初中生处在特殊的年龄阶段，他们好动、喜欢热闹，因此，在初中英语的课堂教学中，教师要抓住初中生的这些特点，改变传统课堂中“讲解+阅读+背诵”的单一教学模式，营造生动的课堂教学氛围，激发学生的学习兴趣，调动他们学习英语的热情，从而达到提高课堂教学效率的目的。学习最好的刺激是激发学生的学习兴趣。因此，在初中英语的课堂教学中，教师要善于灵活利用各种教学手段来丰富初中英语课堂教学，以达到激发学生英语学习兴趣的目的。
（一）趣味记单词
在英语学习过程中，最枯燥、无趣又让学生感到头疼的问题就是单词的记忆了。为此，教师可以教授一些有趣的单词记忆法，在激发学生学习兴趣的同时提高学生的单词记忆效果。
例如，英语单词中存在这种有趣的现象：
clever聪明的honest诚实的
intelligent 智慧的noble高贵的
excellent卓越的smart机灵的
elegant优雅的
把以上这些英文单词的头一个字母放一起就是：Chinese――中国人。教师利用这种趣味单词组合现象，可以缓解学生记忆单词时的枯燥，在这种趣味的环境中，可以充分激发学生记忆单词的兴趣。
（二）课堂小游戏
在开始上课之前，利用5―6分钟的时间开展一个英语小游戏，既能活跃课堂教学气氛，又能复习学生的英语知识。在初中英语课堂的教学中，开展英语课堂小游戏，比单纯地利用“讲解+阅读+背诵”的单一教学模式更能激发学生学习英语的热情，更能增强初中英语教学的效果。
例如，在学习了“floor”“door”“chair”“window”这些单词后，为了强化学生对这些单词的掌握，笔者在课堂上进行了“摸东西”游戏。在课堂上，教师大声说摸某个东西，如“ouch the floor/the door/a chair/a window”等，提前指定的学生就要迅速地用手摸到指定的事物。这个游戏不仅训练了学生的英语听力，还让学生更加牢固地掌握了英语单词。让学生在“玩”中学习，在“乐”中掌握知识，充分体现了“寓教于乐”的教学思想。
二、倡导课堂教学互动，让学生积极参与到课堂教学中来
有效教学的前提是每个学生都能参与到教学活动中去，但是在传统的初中英语课堂中，学生要服从课堂秩序。教师除了要讲解知识外，还要控制学生的问题行为，学生在条条框框的束缚下缺乏活力和创造力。此外，师生的不平等关系也剥夺了学生的发言权和讨论的机会，在以教师为主导的情况下，学生参与教学过程的机会很少，无法真正成为课堂学习的主人。新课程改革要求教师根据初中学生的身心发展特点确定课堂管理目标，营造和谐、平等、宽松的合作课堂氛围，建设互动的课堂，提高教学效率。在这样的背景下，初中英语教师需要在课堂上创设教学情境，强化提问交流，让学生参与到英语教学中来。
在初中英语的课堂教学中设置问题情境是一种促使学生参与课堂教学的重要形式。教师在课堂中的提问要有一定的技术性，不能单纯地为互动而提问，重要的是所提的问题是否有价值，这需要教师认真筛选问题。课堂提问要富有针对性、启发性，还要把握适当的提问时机，同时注意学生的反馈。学生回答问题后教师要进行分析、评价和必要的引导、总结，使学生认识到自己的优点和不足。巧妙地设问能活跃课堂气氛，发展学生的思维，但机械的提问往往会造成学生的心理负担，使学生在课堂上战战兢兢，不利于学生的学习。因此，初中英语教师要做好备课工作，科学合理地安排课堂，保证课堂互动的有效性。

三、重视对学生进行合理的评价，促进学生的全面发展
对学生进行合理的评价能使得教师更加客观、全面地看待学生，促进学生的全面发展。初中英语以闭卷考试为主，学生通过死记硬背来应付考试。这种考查方式只能反映学生记忆能力的好坏，并不能很好地反映学生真实的能力和素质，这与素质教育的宗旨不符。传统的以分数定层次的考查方式，以单方面的成绩衡量学生的好坏，不利于发扬学生的优点，改进学生的缺点。它过分强调对学生的甄别与选拔功能，忽视了其改进、激励与发展的功能，结果造成一部分学生无法认识到自己的潜能，从而丧失了自我发展的信心和动力。新课程强调评价方式的多元化，一些教师开始将评价内容从重视知识向重视学生素质提高转变，评价方式从单纯的笔试向综合性的评价方式转变。例如，在评价学生时，根据其口语训练情况、写作情况及对英语的运用能力等进行综合评价。这样的综合评价是多方面的，能够更加全面地反映出学生学习情况，这样的评价才能更好地促进学生的成长。
