㈧ 怎样才能当口语老师
面对在校期间的现状：早上几乎每天都要进班早读，平时要忙于备课、上课、反思、批改作业、辅导后进生等一系列教学工作，在上班时间内已很少能挤出时间学习英语口语。这就需要英语教师们挤时间，象挤海绵里的水一样，让每分每秒都能发挥它的功效。
譬如在学生读书的时候，教师也可以和学生们一起，模仿教材配套录音的语音语调；在学生完成听力的时候，模仿听力材料中人物的对话。只要做个有心人，身边也能找到可学的素材。
当然，在学校里充电的时间是有限的，利用自己的业余时间，才能更好地、有系统性地进行口语训练，准备一本教材、相关的语音材料以及制定相应的计划并按照其严格执行，我想，这样才能在循序渐进的过程中得到成长。
前几年，每年暑假期间，学校都为英语组的教师提供平台，参加了市里组织的英语口语培训。在培训过后的短期时间内，教师的口语水平也都得到了相应的提高，这得益于外教以及所给予的很好的英语语言学习环境。但同时也提醒我们：英语口语素养需要在不断地学习中才会得以提高，否则将不进则退。
英语教师结合自身的口语学习计划以及以往的学习经验，也会有各自的想法，但我想，英语学习最重要的就是坚持，如果有一份信心，有一份毅力，相信，洋腔洋调的口语将很快在浦小课堂上萦绕。
