我觉得跟谁学上的李军老师讲的还挺不错的,她的口语适合基础比较差的同学。从简单句到长难句,一步一步走的很清晰,讲课很系统,语言通俗易懂,而且发音很准确。

㈧ 怎样才能当口语老师

面对在校期间的现状:早上几乎每天都要进班早读,平时要忙于备课、上课、反思、批改作业、辅导后进生等一系列教学工作,在上班时间内已很少能挤出时间学习英语口语。这就需要英语教师们挤时间,象挤海绵里的水一样,让每分每秒都能发挥它的功效。

譬如在学生读书的时候,教师也可以和学生们一起,模仿教材配套录音的语音语调;在学生完成听力的时候,模仿听力材料中人物的对话。只要做个有心人,身边也能找到可学的素材。

当然,在学校里充电的时间是有限的,利用自己的业余时间,才能更好地、有系统性地进行口语训练,准备一本教材、相关的语音材料以及制定相应的计划并按照其严格执行,我想,这样才能在循序渐进的过程中得到成长。

前几年,每年暑假期间,学校都为英语组的教师提供平台,参加了市里组织的英语口语培训。在培训过后的短期时间内,教师的口语水平也都得到了相应的提高,这得益于外教以及所给予的很好的英语语言学习环境。但同时也提醒我们:英语口语素养需要在不断地学习中才会得以提高,否则将不进则退。

英语教师结合自身的口语学习计划以及以往的学习经验,也会有各自的想法,但我想,英语学习最重要的就是坚持,如果有一份信心,有一份毅力,相信,洋腔洋调的口语将很快在浦小课堂上萦绕。
