很多双语幼儿园的老师都这样表示：大多数妈妈们都认为自己这样做是在帮助孩子学习英语,其实她们的这种做法对孩子的英语学习没有一点好处.不仅如此,它还会引导孩子的思维走上弯路,在学英语的过程中,让孩子建立的是汉语思维,而不是英语思维.
汉语和英语都是一门语言,对于同时学习汉语和英语这两门语言有一段时间的孩子来说,如果他们的思维方式正确,那在看到“苹果”这个事物时,他们的大脑里会同时出现两个词汇：一个是汉语“苹果”；一个是英语“apple”.
如果孩子长久运用这样的思维学习英语,会非常容易产生英语学习障碍.
在与一些小学和中学的英语老师进行交流时,他们常常会无奈地这样对我说：“现在的很多孩子都喜欢说‘夹生话’,例如,‘你非常cool’‘我非常high’‘我想吃个hanana’等,有时甚至在英语作文中都会出现这样的句子,难道这是英语学习的后遗症?”
其实,除去那些盲目追求流行、时尚的因素,孩子们之所以喜欢说这些中英文混合的“夹生话”,与他们学英语时所建立的思维方式也有很大的关系.在很多时候,常常是孩子那些走了弯路的汉语思维催生了这些中英文混合的“夹生饭”.
