1983年7月 毕业于南京大学生物科学系人体及动物生理专业，理学学士；1989年7月毕业于上海水产大学水产养殖系，农学硕士学；2001年7月毕业于复旦大学生命科学学院生物物理学专业，生物物理学博士。1998年美国Bridgeport Vocational Aquaculture School教学助理。2006年2月至2007年2月美国佛罗里达理工学院生化实验室访问学者。获上海市科技进步一等奖和三等奖各一项，上海市教学成果二等奖和三等奖各一项，上海市育才奖荣誉称号。主要研究方向：1）鱼类卵母细胞发育的调信号控机制。主要利用体外培养技术研究卵母细胞最后成熟过程中，MAPK、MPF等酶和调控因子对卵母细胞成熟的调控作用。这有助于帮助我们认识久卵母细胞最后是如何成熟的，研究结果对高等动物和人类也有提示作用。2）环境干扰物（Environmental Disrupting Chemicals,EDCs）对鱼类和甲壳类生殖作用。EDCs是一类人类生产中排放的环境污染物，对动物生殖系统有严重毒理，我们主要研究在EDCs作用下，雌激素受体、类固醇激素、卵黄蛋白原、P450等与生殖内分泌生理相关信号的表达变化，本研究可以了解EDCs是如何影响鱼虾生殖过程，研究结果对保护我们的环境和生态修复有重要启示作用，研究的结果也有助于更好地了解EDCs对人类的作用机制，因为鱼类和人类的生殖机理有许多相似之处。3）海洋污染生物敏感指示物研究。水生生物对水体环境变化非常敏感，其器官的外在变化和体内生理指示变化都可作为环境污染的指示物，我们将筛选出2~3个敏感的生物指示物，作为整个海洋环境监测的一个环节，在研究基础上设法建立一个标准化规程；4）虾类标准化、生态化集约型养殖技术。本研究从种苗、饲料、养殖水体和养殖废水排放等养殖过程各个环节着手，研究控制污染技术，从而建立标准化、生态化和集约型的环保养殖方式。

❸ 创造力怎样培养

个人认为是可以培养的。

每一个人的创造力都起始于婴幼儿时期，这一阶段的孩子如同一张未被玷污的白纸，看待事物的角度区别于成人，能够发现我们忽略的美。孩子本身也有极强的好奇心，在这一心理的驱使下，乐意去探索、乐意去发现、乐意去创造。

3、让孩子多动手动脑

我们可以带领孩子一起去做手工，既可以动手又可以动脑，有助于孩子的创造性发展。比如垒积木、剪窗花、折纸、串珠子等手工活动，这些都有助于孩子发挥想象力，增强孩子的创造力。
