优化师德师风的十项禁令
教育部师德十条禁令：
1、严禁传播违背国家法律法规、教育方针和对学生有不良影响的言论;
2、严禁擅自办班或在工作日参与有偿补课和外出代课;
3、严禁收受学生或家长财物、谋取个人私利;
4、严禁向学生乱收费、乱发资料和推销商品;
5、严禁体罚和变相体罚学生,不得有对待学生不平等、不公正和讥讽、歧视和侮辱学生或者其他有辱人格尊严的言行;
6、严禁张榜公布学生的考试成绩、名次;
7、严禁随意停课和无计划、无教案上课;
8、严禁以任何手段抄袭、剽窃和侵占他人劳动成果,在招生、考试、职称评审答辩等工作中,不得有弄虚作假等违规、违纪、违法行为;
9、严禁工作时间玩电子游戏、炒股,不得在课堂接、打手机和接待客人;
10、严禁指责和训斥家长。

1、 为规范教师职业行为，保障教师、学生的合法权益，根据《中华人民共和国教育法》《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》《中华人民共和国教师法》《教师资格条例》等法律法规，制定本办法。
2、 学校及学校主管教育部门发现教师可能存在第四条列举行为的，应当及时组织调查，核实有关事实。作出处理决定前，应当听取教师的陈述和申辩，听取学生、其他教师、家长委员会或者家长代表意见，并告知教师有要求举行听证的权利。
