① J·P摩根、摩根大通、摩根士丹利有什么联系和区别

摩根士丹利原是JP摩根中的投资部门，1933年美国经历了大萧条，国会通过《格拉斯—斯蒂格尔法》 ，禁止公司同时提供商业银行与投资银行服务，摩根士丹利于是作为一家投资银行于1935年9月5日在纽约成立，而JP摩根则转为一家纯商业银行。

摩根大通由大通银行、J.P.摩根公司及富林明集团在2000年完成合并。

所以大致可以看成，JP摩根分家，形成了摩根大通和摩根士丹利，虽然不是同一个时代形成的哈

② 在摩根士丹利 的工作经历和体验是怎样的

主要体现在以下方面：
1. 强度大、节奏快！比如实习生最多能同时被放到3-5个项目上专，虽然真正有属重要任务的项目可能就1-2个，但是也会有其他琐碎的任务随时问候；
2. 团队多元、各有春秋：来自清北复交、香港几大高校和常青藤的伙伴共事，背景多元并且多数人很低调，深聊会觉得各有各的故事，有趣的人非常多。

③ 摩根士丹利 和 摩根大通 有什么区别

区别是：摩根士丹利开始是投行后来成为了银行控股公司，摩根大通一直都是商业银行，但旗下有投行业务，摩根士丹利原来是摩根大通的投资部门，后因金融危机独立出了摩根大通。摩根大通集团由J．P．摩根公司和大通-曼哈顿公司合并而成，是美国主要的商业银行，业界称西摩或小摩。摩根士丹利则是称呼为“大摩”。
