我覺得你的問題很明顯在於你學習的時候過多處於的是正式的教學進程中。
上課或者自學不會開口，該知道的語法單詞你都知道，就是不能及時反應過來，說不出來。
反應不過來還是不熟悉，因為你學的東西好多，你確實學過知道，但是沒那麼熟。

你想看的了口最好的辦法無疑是找個老外朋友，跟他相處久了完全是自然而然的提高口語。
這個最好的辦法不是人人都有資源的，現實中沒有的話說那些網上找也是扯淡。

我個人推薦你試試培養下自己看英美劇，電影的愛好。也不說許多電影確實精彩，平時看的話也是看它們的精彩，開始我也是，但是我看了這么久發現，許多電影回過頭看第二遍我能學到很多，劇情知道我更熱衷於看他的表達方式。常常會記下些實用的，有的表達我也會暫停想想學學。
現在感覺在班上演講唱歌表達觀點，可以優於大部分同學。特別是看美劇，很多表達他不斷重復，你想不熟悉都不行，而這些表達都是日常用語，對您應該是會用很大幫助。
但是你作為上班族時間不夠的話，還是看電影比較好，一部電影過第一遍可以適當記些你覺得有用的，過了許久可以回過頭來看看，對一些表達先試著回想，再驗證看他是不是這么說的

⑸ 英語聽說都考些什麼東西

你說的應該是廣東英語聽說考試吧。 一共有三部分：

1. Part A - Reading Aloud(模仿朗讀)，要求考生觀看一段大約一分鍾的片斷，然後考生開始模仿訓練：先閱讀文字稿，再對照文字稿聽錄音。完成訓練之後考生開始模仿朗讀。

2. Part B - Role Play(角色扮演)，要求考生觀看一段大約兩分鍾的片段，明確自己擬要扮演的角色以及要完成的任務。看完片段之後首先根據中文提示，准備20秒鍾後用英語提出三個問題，計算機將回答考生的提問；然後計算機向考生提出五個問題，考生必須根據自己所聽的內容（包括片段和計算機的回答兩部分）回答問題，回答問題之前考生有10秒鍾的准備時間。

3. Part C - Retelling(故事復述)，要求考生先聽一段大約兩分鍾的獨白，錄音播放兩遍。考生准備一分鍾之後開始復述所聽的內容。要求考生盡可能使用自己的語言復述，而且復述內容應涵蓋盡可能多的原文信息點。選取的獨白其體裁主要以記述文和議論文為主。
