1、Could you tell me how to get to _____?" 是問去具體某個地方，象博物館，酒店，或街道，的標准句型。

2、如果你不是問一個具體的地方，但需要找到附近的銀行，地鐵站，廁所，等等的地方，那麼最好的方式就是用這樣的短語"Where is the closest_____?"
3、人們解釋事物所在地最常用的一種方式就是使用術語'blocks'。 block 是在兩個十字路口之間的一段街區。因此'the next block'意味著下個路口之後的那段街區，而three blocks ahead意味著在同一條街道上但過接下來的三個路口。

另一種表示距離有多遠的方式即是使用象這樣的短語'the third right'或'the next left'。因此如果有人說"Take the third street on the left"意思是你應該走過兩個路口然後在第三個路口左轉。

注意事項

①問路時應首先說一聲：「Excuse me.」這樣可以引起對方的注意，又不失禮貌。
