道歉信英語

2. 英語道歉信格式
英文的道歉信跟信的格式差不多，基本上就是：
Mr. /Mrs./Ms. XXX(如果是跟你有比較親近的關系可以用Dear，不過那麼親近的人也不用寫道歉信了吧= =)
I am sorry for.......because ..... (說上2、3句就行，然後可以扯上相關的其它內容)
XXX（最後簽上自己的名字）
反正重要的就是，老外重視的是結果，所以不要寫的中國式委婉，一定要把道歉寫在開頭，為了什麼道歉，給誰道歉，然後再找借口。
3. 英文道歉信
道歉信(Letters of Apologies)
道歉信是寫信人對未盡之事向收信人表示歉意。語言要誠摯，解釋的理由要真實，不要顯出絲毫虛情假意，從而使收信人理解，並達到最終諒解。
【例一】
December 15, 2000
Dear Mary,
I am very sor
ry that I was out when you came to see me yesterday afternoon. The fact is that I had an engagement with some friends and, ignorant of your visit, accompanied them to the cinema. Not until nine o』clock in the evening did I come back. You must have been disappointed by my absence.
I hope you will not leave the city this week. I will call on you on Friday afternoon at four o??clock. As this is the first time you come to Beijing, I will take you to some places that may interest you. Please wait for me in your hotel at the appointed time.

【例二】
