現在完成時：主語+動詞的過去分詞。
對於漢語圈的人來說，關鍵在於這個時態的用法。這個時態在英語和美語之間，使用上也存在一些差別。一般來說，用於如下三種情況：
過去的經驗：
experience
from
the
past。we
are
not
interested
in
when
you
did
something.
we
only
want
to
know
if
you
did
it。我們不想知道你是什麼時候做的某件事情，我們只想知道你是否作過。這就是和過去時的區別，過去是強調是過去。
例如：i

這些事情發生在過去（與過去有聯系），現在在我的腦海里有這個記憶，我知道了過去發生的這些事情，我有了這些事情的經驗（與現在有聯系）。
改變

computer.就是說，上周我還沒有筆記本電腦，但是現在我有了。這就是狀態的改變(說話者並不關心你是什麼時候買的，他只是關心你的狀態的改變：沒有→有)，用現在完成事。又如：the

持續的狀態
a

continues
in
the
present
(and
will
probably
continue
into
the
future).
也就是說一個狀態，從過去持續到現在，而且很有可能繼續持續到將來。例如：i
have
studied
here
since
june.這是一個狀態（而不是動作），我們經常與for或者since連用。又如：they
have
been
married
for
five
years.
強調的是過去和現在的聯系。
美國人不像英國人那樣常用現在完成時，美國人經常用過去時代替，例如美國人經常說：didyou
have
lunch?而英國人會說：have
you
had
lunch?
for和since經常用在現在完成時中表示時間，for表示的是時間的長度，例如，for

months,
for
20
years...；而since表示的是從過去的某時間點，例如：since1960,
since
monday...。另外，for可以用在任何時態，而since一般只用在完成時。

前一句應用過去進行時。
