地震期間，感人的故事數不勝數，可有幾件事卻令我無法忘記：當消防隊員掀起水泥板時，眼前一幕卻讓他們愣住了：一位母親雙腿跪地，雙手撐地，她的身下，是一個三四個月大的孩子，可是這位母親卻永遠停止了呼吸。隊員們從孩子身上找到了一個手機，上面是這位媽媽編寫的一條簡訊：親愛的寶貝，如果你能活下來，請記住，媽媽永遠都愛著你。看著簡訊，消防隊員們無不動容。愛是偉大的，母愛是最偉大的。這句話在這位母親身上充分展現了出來。此刻，這位媽媽身上閃耀著光芒，閃耀著母愛的光芒！
在一所中學中，搜救官兵看到了一個神聖而又令人動容的場景：一位老師雙手緊緊護著兩名學生，像一隻展翅欲飛的雄鷹，可是，這只雄鷹卻再也飛不起來了，但兩個學生還活著。由於老師的雙手已經僵硬，官兵們只好含淚將他的手鋸了下來……是什麼力量使們不顧身的安危？是什麼力量使他放棄了生的希望？是什麼力量促使他寧願死也要守護自己的學生？是愛，是老師對學生的愛，是穿越生死的愛！
最近，國家確定了全球哀悼日，所有人都在5月19日至21日14時28分默默哀悼，為災區人民祈福，為死去的亡靈默哀。這不正是人民的愛嗎？這是純潔的愛，是不需要任何修飾的愛，是震不垮的愛！
在災難發生後的第一時間，全國人民都行動了起來，積極捐款，獻血，為災區人民盡出了自己的力量。面對災難，我們又一次向全球展現出了我們中華的豐采，展現了我們中華人民震不垮的愛
