❷ 魏華的人物簡介

1983年7月 畢業於南京大學生物科學系人體及動物生理專業，理學學士；1989年7月畢業於上海水產大學水產養殖系，農學碩士學；2001年7月畢業於復旦大學生命科學學院生物物理學專業，生物物理學博士。1998年美國Bridgeport Vocational Aquaculture School教學助理。2006年2月至2007年2月美國佛羅里達理工學院生化實驗室訪問學者。獲上海市科技進步一等獎和三等獎各一項，上海市教學成果二等獎和三等獎各一項，上海市育才獎榮譽稱號。主要研究方向：1）魚類卵母細胞發育的調信號控機制。主要利用體外培養技術研究卵母細胞最後成熟過程中，MAPK、MPF等酶和調控因子對卵母細胞成熟的調控作用。這有助於幫助我們認識久卵母細胞最後是如何成熟的，研究結果對高等動物和人類也有提示作用。2）環境干擾物（Environmental Disrupting Chemicals,EDCs）對魚類和甲殼類生殖作用。EDCs是一類人類生產中排放的環境污染物，對動物生殖系統有嚴重毒理，我們主要研究在EDCs作用下，雌激素受體、類固醇激素、卵黃蛋白原、P450等與生殖內分泌生理相關信號的表達變化，本研究可以了解EDCs是如何影響魚蝦生殖過程，研究結果對保護我們的環境和生態修復有重要啟示作用，研究的結果也有助於更好地了解EDCs對人類的作用機制，因為魚類和人類的生殖機理有許多相似之處。3）海洋污染生物敏感指示物研究。水生生物對水體環境變化非常敏感，其器官的外在變化和體內生理指示變化都可作為環境污染的指示物，我們將篩選出2~3個敏感的生物指示物，作為整個海洋環境監測的一個環節，在研究基礎上設法建立一個標准化規程；4）蝦類標准化、生態化集約型養殖技術。本研究從種苗、飼料、養殖水體和養殖廢水排放等養殖過程各個環節著手，研究控制污染技術，從而建立標准化、生態化和集約型的環保養殖方式。
