實行:

1.公告天下:六月開始,老師便展開做班級紀念冊的計劃,首先公告天下,告訴全班:「我們要做一本書,屬於我們班自己的班書。」預期到的問題來了:「什麼?」「我們要去哪裡『搬』書?」「要怎麼做?」「老師,我們可不可以……?」問題各個擊破之後,接下來在班上要決定書的名字。

2.腦力激盪:從《605班書》《605紀念冊》《我們這一班》《蜜蜂家族》到後來的《快樂童年》《彩色童年》《展翅高飛的605》……紛紛出現,這時,老師一聲令下,投票表決。

3.拍板定案:最後投票決定,書名就叫做《605童年回憶》。

4.招兵買馬:為了讓小朋友有參與感,也利用機會訓練一下孩子的做事能力,在班上聘任幾位編輯,兩位催稿、五位打字、兩位美編,經過激烈的競爭,人選終於產生了。

5.走馬上任:原本很擔心孩子三分鍾熱度,到頭來老師又得全部一肩扛起,但隔一天,見到負責催稿的小朋友,慎重其事的用計算機打了一張交件表格,把全部的同學姓名座號,分照片、文章和圖畫列出空格,交件的打勾畫記,老師的心中便稍稍放下心,但孩子畢竟是孩子,有時還是需要老師幫助,中午午休輪流由一位同學打字,有時解決學生打字中的問題,比自己打字還花時間,但為了讓孩子參與和鍛煉,還是讓小朋友動手,幸虧班上也有幾個打字高手,幫了不少忙。最後的校稿,還是要由老師親自來,最後三十四位小朋友,完成了三十位,心中的大石頭終於放了下來。

6.好事多磨:每班最後總有幾個「慢郎中」,我班上也不例外,為了讓最後那幾位交出這兩年來最滿意的一篇文章和照片,還是要拖好久,加上進行到這時候,學校的期末考試逼近,事情的進度停頓了下來。(這次的經驗告訴我,下次做,要從期中開始做,免得期末忙得暈頭轉向。)

7.大功告成:總算每位小朋友都交齊了一篇文章和生活照,又搜集了一些繪畫作品,但覺得還少了些什麼,於是再加上每人一頁的個人小檔案、心情留言、給同學的話,這樣終於送交印刷廠。

8.家長支持:出一本書,不對外發行,只印刷三十多本,成本是何其大,故原本打算以黑白影印紙影印裝訂完成,這樣大約每本需75元。不過在告知本班家長會會長之後,在他支持下,由會長自營的印刷公司贊助印製,在不增加預算的情況下,本班的紀念冊於是變成彩色精裝版了,真像紀念冊!

成果:
