3．拍板定案：最後投票決定，書名就叫做《605童年回憶》。
4．招兵買馬：為了讓小朋友有參與感，也利用機會訓練一下孩子的做事能力，在班上聘任幾位編輯，兩位催稿、五位打字、兩位美編，經過激烈的競爭，人選終於產生了。
5．走馬上任：原本很擔心孩子三分鍾熱度，到頭來老師又得全部一肩扛起，但隔一天，見到負責催稿的小朋友，慎重其事的用計算機打了一張交件表格，把全部的同學姓名座號，分照片、文章和圖畫列出空格，交件的打勾畫記，老師的心中便稍稍放下心，但孩子畢竟是孩子，有時還是需要老師幫助，中午午休輪流由一位同學打字，有時解決學生打字中的問題，比自己打字還花時間，但為了讓孩子參與和鍛煉，還是讓小朋友動手，幸虧班上也有幾個打字高手，幫了不少忙。最後的校稿，還是要由老師親自來，最後三十四位小朋友，完成了三十位，心中的大石頭終於放了下來。
6．好事多磨：每班最後總有幾個「慢郎中」，我班上也不例外，為了讓最後那幾位交出這兩年來最滿意的一篇文章和照片，還是要拖好久，加上進行到這時候，學校的期末考試逼近，事情的進度停頓了下來。（這次的經驗告訴我，下次做，要從期中開始做，免得期末忙得暈頭轉向。）
7．大功告成：總算每位小朋友都交齊了一篇文章和生活照，又搜集了一些繪畫作品，但覺得還少了些什麼，於是再加上每人一頁的個人小檔案、心情留言、給同學的話，這樣終於送交印刷廠。
8．家長支持：出一本書，不對外發行，只印刷三十多本，成本是何其大，故原本打算以黑白影印紙影印裝訂完成，這樣大約每本需75元。不過在告知本班家長會會長之後，在他支持下，由會長自營的印刷公司贊助印製，在不增加預算的情況下，本班的紀念冊於是變成彩色精裝版了，真像紀念冊！
成果：
