實習工資不得低於正式工資的80%。

普通的電焊：工資2000左右，獎金每月1500左右。福利另算。
普通的叉車：工資2000左右，獎金每月1300左右。福利另算。
設計、檢驗、辦公室人員：工資3000以上，獎金每月2000左右。福利另算。
出海有每天大約80-200的補助。

另外工作年限和學歷、職稱、職級對工資有一定影響。
領導工資獎金就多了，中層幹部大約每月1萬左右，另有分紅。。。。

像你應屆畢業生進來，實習工資在1750左右，少量獎金。
過實習期後2000以上工資，獎金1500-3000不等。
工作2年後我估計你月收入約5000.

油站沒出納，只有財務兼會計，也就是油站經理助理，必須有會計證，如果沒有可以從收銀員做起。經理助理以後可以升經理，或往公司高層發展，不過只要是在低層干每月都拿不到多少錢，還經常扣你錢，找各種理由唄，是個正常人都不會在殼牌干。實習期半年，只給基本工資。

申請方向分為commercial和technical兩種，commercial完全不限專業，technical則限於理工科背景的同學申請。所以你完全可以申請。

CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Company Limited (CSPC)is building a USD $4.3 billion petrochemicals complex in Daya Bay, Huizhou Municipality,Guangdong. It will be the largest capital investment for a Sino-foreign joint venture project in the PRC.

The partners are Shell Nanhai BV, a member of the Royal Dutch/Shell Group of Companies, with a 50 per cent stake, and CNOOC Petrochemicals Investment Limited (CPIL), also with 50 per cent. CPIL is owned by CNOOC (China National Offshore Oil Corporation) (90%) and Guangdong Investment & Development Company (10%), an investment company authorized by the People"s Government of Guangdong Province.

The site for the new complex is in the Donglian area, Daya Bay Economic and Technical Development Zone, Huizhou Municipality, in Guangdong Province, on the north coast of Daya Bay, some 80 km north-east of Hong Kong Island. The site covers 4.27 square kilometres of relatively flat land.

The plant will be an integrated chemical complex including steam and electricity generation and other utility provisions, storage and handling and shipping facilities, as well as effluent treatment and environmental protection facilities. Many of the proction facilities are world scale and all are being designed to international standards.

The heart of the complex is a world-scale condensate or naphtha cracker procing 800,000 tpa ethylene and 430,000 tpa propylene.

Downstream of the cracker, following plants and facilities are to be built:

550,000 tpa styrene monomer and 250,000 tpa propylene oxide plant based on Shell"s state of art technology, which is environmentally friendly than the conventional chlorohydrin route for the proction of propylene oxide
320,000 tpa mono-ethylene glycol plant
60,000 tpa propylene glycol plant
135,000 tpa Polyols plant
240,000 tpa polypropylene plant
Linear low density polyethylene/high density polyethylene plant of 200,000 tpa
Low density polyethylene plant of 250,000 tpa
Integrated support facilities and utilities for the complex.

In total, the complex will proce some 2.3 million tpa of procts, generating up to some USD 1.7 billion in procts sales each year. It will supply procts primarily to Guangdong and the high consumption areas of China"s coastal economic zones where demand is projected to remain strong.

Purpose:

The Interpreter and Translator reports to Public Affairs Manager providing interpretation and translation services to CSPC board meetings and other meetings when and as need.

Dimensions:

CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Company Limited has been established as a Chinese Foreign Equity Joint Venture Company on 28 December 2000. It is planning to build a world scale integrated petrochemical complex at Daya Bay near Huizhou, Guangdong, which is scheled to start up in 2006. The complex will consist of a number of petrochemical plants, storage facilities, harbour facilities, residential facilities and a large utility complex. 50% of the interest in the company are held by Shell Nanhai BV and 50% is held by CNOOC Petrochemicals Investment Limited, whose shareholders are China National Offshore Oil Company (90%) and Guangdong Investment and Development Company (10%). Total capital investment is about USD 4 billion, and expected proceeds when fully operational are USD1.7 billion.

Principal Accountabilities:

Translate CSPC board meeting documents of various fields (including technical, in particular, petrochemical, construction and manufacturing) and other documents from English into Chinese and vice versa.
Interpret (from English into Mandarin and vice versa) on CSPC board meetings and various occasions such as working meetings, townhall meetings, site tours, negotiations and external relation functions.
Build up and maintain interpretation and translation database.
Competencies Required:

Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin.
Competent in translating and interpreting from English into Chinese and vice versa accurately in a timely and practical manner.
Good understanding of and competent in applying the translation and interpretation theories and techniques.
Wide general knowledge in various fields and the relevant jargon/terminology, and competent in learning of the same in a fast manner.
Competent in database management.
Proficient in word processing skills (English and Chinese) (eg Word, Excel, Power Point, Window 2000 and email).
