辦學體制改革十一年來，在我校一系列育人模式改革的推動下，我校高考成績有了顯著提高，尤其是在1999至2005年間，高考成績都位居海淀區前列。海淀區已有北京市示範高中學校11所，雖然我校高一入口成績列海淀第六，三年後，在先進的教育思想和教學理念引領下，師生頑強拼搏，勇攀高峰，高考成績卻超過了許多老牌重點中學，特別是2005年高考，創造了本科升學率海淀第一，文理科平均分海淀第二、進入北京前十名行列的優異成績，創造了教育的奇跡。
2004年高考：
①高考600分以上的人數達到61人，占海淀區600分以上人數的9%。
②進入清華、北大的人數達到31人。
③文科總平均分520.42分，排在海淀區第二（超過第三名20餘分），理科總平均分545.46分，排在海淀區第三。
④大學重點本科上線率達到80.3%。
⑤本科上線率達到97.7%。
2005年高考：
①高考600分以上的人數達到51人，占海淀區600分以上人數的11.09%.
②進入清華、北大的人數已經達到43人(比上一年增加12人)。
③文、理科統招生總平均分均處於海淀區第二名。文科平均分555.52分,比第三名高出27.59分；理科平均分536.43分，比第三名高出6.6分。
④重點本科上線率為88.7%排列海淀區第二。
⑤本科升學率為99.15%,排列海淀區第一。

十一學校高考43人升入北大、清華

學校是辦學優質校，得到家長、社會的高度認同。學生全面發展，中、高考成績優秀。2005年99％的高中畢業生進入大學本科，88％的畢業生進入重點大學，升入北大、清華43人；中考升學率100%。校金帆管弦樂團和童聲合唱團多次榮獲全國和北京市一等獎。學校是「全國民主管理先進學校」、「全國創建綠色學校活動先進學校」、「北京市高中示範校」、「北京市科技教育示範校」、「北京市師德建設先進集體」、「北京市德育工作先進集體」、「北京市藝術教育金帆獎」、「北京市電化教育先進校」、「北京市教育科研先進校」、「教育質量優秀校」、「全面發展辦有特色校」。
該校校長李金初表示，作為北京市非重點校和收費的體制改革校，尤其是在三年前初中畢業生嚴重流失的情況下，十一學校今年的成績歸結於這幾個要素：第一，學校堅持「創造適合學生發展的教育」理念，在理科實驗班推行「四環節教學」，重新劃分學段，同時實行「半天學習、半天自學自研」的全新模式。第二，擁有一支以四名特教、若干名碩士為主的高三教師隊伍，並在教學中強調「目標意識、責任意識、研究意識」；目前十一學校擁有碩士學位的教師超過專職隊伍的60%。第三，辦學體制改革帶來體制的變化；教育科研的系列創新，不僅幫助學生高考拿高分，而且在大學很快就適應大學的學習方式。
