老師,一個高尚的名字.有人說,老師是一杯加糖的咖啡,甜中帶些苦澀；有人說,老師是無私的紅燭,點燃了自己,照亮了別人；我覺得老師是一朵花,時時散發著迷人的清香……我們班的王老師就是這樣一個人.
四年級上半學期,我們班的語文老師被調走了.新學期第一天,我在想：新老師長什麼樣呢?只見滿面春風地王老師走進教室,充滿微笑的臉讓人覺得倍感親切.她做起工作來非常盡職,後來我才知道,她還是我校的副校長,校長的工作很忙,但她還是及時地批改作業,更讓人敬佩了!
讓我記憶深刻的是這樣一件事情：在四年級上半學期,王老師推薦了我參加本校和區里的作文比賽,我一路過關斬將,即將要參加常州市的作文比賽了.這時我有些慌了,能參加市作文比賽的個個都是精英,萬一我拿不到獎,不是很丟臉嗎?我不免有些緊張.王老師看出了我的焦慮,她便說：沒關系,我們多練幾篇作文,放學以後到我辦公室,我給你單獨輔導一下.老師一句話,就讓我心裡有了底,從此,我每天放學後都會到王老師辦公室里讓她為我輔導,她還給我布置了新的作文題.回家後我想：王老師為了輔導我放棄了休息時間,她真敬業!我彷彿能夠看到她伏在辦公桌上馬不停蹄地批改著作業,額頭上的皺紋又深了.
王老師還十分細心,為了完成作文,我每天的功課都得趕著做,她就把我的語文家作免去了.老師是多麼關心我.又一次,我剛吃完晚飯,她就打來了輔導電話,她先問我：吃飯了嗎?然後又在電話里為我講解了一篇作文,我偶爾聽見她乾咳的聲音,不禁熱淚盈眶.
後來,我參加了市裡組織的作文比賽,雖然心裡總是忐忑不安,可是只要一想起王老師那親切的話語：沒關系,比賽重在參與,別緊張!我心裡就有股暖流.又過了些日子,媽媽為我查詢得知自己得了一等獎時,我第一時間就給王老師打去了電話,分享我的喜悅.幾個月後,當我拿到獎狀後,同學們都投來羨慕的目光,在這成功的背後,也有王老師的功勞和汗水.
春蠶到死絲方盡,蠟炬成灰淚始干.老師的教誨之恩,我終身難忘.今日老樹的腰已不再挺拔,但小樹總會長成大樹.下個星期就是教師節,我祝老師工作順利、身體健康,教師節快樂!

In the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless station; so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer, courage and power from men and from infinite, so long as you are young.
When the aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with the snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you』ve grown old, even at 20, but as long as your aerials are up, to catch waves of optimism, there』s hope you may die young at 80.
