① J·P摩根、摩根大通、摩根士丹利有什麼聯系和區別

摩根士丹利原是JP摩根中的投資部門，1933年美國經歷了大蕭條，國會通過《格拉斯—斯蒂格爾法》 ，禁止公司同時提供商業銀行與投資銀行服務，摩根士丹利於是作為一家投資銀行於1935年9月5日在紐約成立，而JP摩根則轉為一家純商業銀行。

摩根大通由大通銀行、J.P.摩根公司及富林明集團在2000年完成合並。

所以大致可以看成，JP摩根分家，形成了摩根大通和摩根士丹利，雖然不是同一個時代形成的哈

② 在摩根士丹利 的工作經歷和體驗是怎樣的

主要體現在以下方面：
1. 強度大、節奏快！比如實習生最多能同時被放到3-5個項目上專，雖然真正有屬重要任務的項目可能就1-2個，但是也會有其他瑣碎的任務隨時問候；
2. 團隊多元、各有春秋：來自清北復交、香港幾大高校和常青藤的夥伴共事，背景多元並且多數人很低調，深聊會覺得各有各的故事，有趣的人非常多。

區別是：摩根士丹利開始是投行後來成為了銀行控股公司，摩根大通一直都是商業銀行，但旗下有投行業務，摩根士丹利原來是摩根大通的投資部門，後因金融危機獨立出了摩根大通。摩根大通集團由J．P．摩根公司和大通-曼哈頓公司合並而成，是美國主要的商業銀行，業界稱西摩或小摩。摩根士丹利則是稱呼為「大摩」。
