❼ 提高英语听力。我下载了100篇英语文章音频，是反复听熟了一篇后再听下一篇好，还是，循环听这一百篇好

不要看原文，复先完整的听一制遍（大致知道讲什么就行了），再分句听，听一句暂停，复述出来或者写下来（个人认为说出来就可以了比较方便），复述不出就重复听，整篇这样说完，完整放全文跟着读，还是不要看原文！最后把不认识的单词和好的句子整理在本子上背出来就好。这样坚持一个月肯定有效果！
还有，文章不要太长，4~5分钟最好。我自己也这样练的。
