1、去年10月，北京市教委公布了《2014-2016年中考中招改革框架方案》、《2014-2016年高考高招改革框架方案》，面向社會徵求意見。根據框架方案，到2016年，本市高考英語總分將由150分降低到100分，其中聽力部分佔30分，閱讀寫作等佔70分。英語將實行社會化考試，一年兩次考試，學生可多次參加，按最好成績計入高考總分，成績3年內有效。
