1、過去的時間開始做的事，直到現在還做，用現在完成時。而這句里，馬可現在在英國教漢語，和在中國工作十年並未接上，所以A 不對。
2、過去做的事，到過去某個時間就截止了，在那個時間之前做的才是過去完成時。而這句沒有這樣的信息，所以C不對。
3、現在正在做，或現階段正在做的事，用現在進行時，也與本句不符，所以D也不對。
