優化師德師風的十項禁令
教育部師德十條禁令：
1、嚴禁傳播違背國家法律法規、教育方針和對學生有不良影響的言論;
2、嚴禁擅自辦班或在工作日參與有償補課和外出代課;
3、嚴禁收受學生或家長財物、謀取個人私利;
4、嚴禁向學生亂收費、亂發資料和推銷商品;
5、嚴禁體罰和變相體罰學生,不得有對待學生不平等、不公正和譏諷、歧視和侮辱學生或者其他有辱人格尊嚴的言行;
6、嚴禁張榜公布學生的考試成績、名次;
7、嚴禁隨意停課和無計劃、無教案上課;
8、嚴禁以任何手段抄襲、剽竊和侵佔他人勞動成果,在招生、考試、職稱評審答辯等工作中,不得有弄虛作假等違規、違紀、違法行為;
9、嚴禁工作時間玩電子游戲、炒股,不得在課堂接、打手機和接待客人;
10、嚴禁指責和訓斥家長。

1、 為規范教師職業行為，保障教師、學生的合法權益，根據《中華人民共和國教育法》《中華人民共和國未成年人保護法》《中華人民共和國教師法》《教師資格條例》等法律法規，制定本辦法。
2、 學校及學校主管教育部門發現教師可能存在第四條列舉行為的，應當及時組織調查，核實有關事實。作出處理決定前，應當聽取教師的陳述和申辯，聽取學生、其他教師、家長委員會或者家長代表意見，並告知教師有要求舉行聽證的權利。
