老师应该让英语课堂活跃起来，而不是死气沉沉，要帮助学生多动口，多读，多说，版把英语学活。老师一定要与学权生交朋友，让学生产生一种积极的心态，对此学生产生兴趣，来更好的学习。

5、我们生物老师的脾气很糟。有一次，我们全班都在认认真真地背书，他却说：“我们班的王×很乱，给我蹲到讲桌下面去！”20分钟过去了，还不见生物老师喊他出来，我真感到很难受。
6、现在的社会越来越不像话，要想把一些未成年人调教好，第一就是要把家长们召来开个全体家长会，让他们说说怎样来管教好自己的子女，或者在学校学点管教子女的好方法。
7、我发现有些老师会当众体罚学生，使学生难堪。这样做使学生丧失了对学习的信心和生活希望。所以，希望老师能做好学生的“心理医生”。再说，如果体罚学生，就会十分厌恶打他的那个老师，容易产生逆反心理，而如果一个老师十分慈祥的话，同学们就会自然而然地更加尊敬他了，也就不会像某些同学一样故意不听课了。
8、老师不要太凶了，要用看子女的眼光看待同学，上课时不要老是批评班上的同学，讲完课，如果还有时间，还要问一问同学们听明白了吗？有不明白的请举手。这样，同学们看到老师那慈祥的样子，自然也就会争先恐后地问老师问题。要不，谁敢问老师问题呢？
9、班主任可以在班上宣布，如果谁一周下来没有给班级、给老师带来麻烦，则奖励若干个作业本，并答应获奖者三个请求，当然包括成绩有进步者也施以同样的奖励。如果谁没有做到，那就要受罚，就罚若干个作业本，严重者请受罚者的家长到学校向全班同学道歉。这就会使犯错误者觉得不但给自己丢脸，而且还要连累父母！
10、有一些老师遇到一些乱的学生就让他去乱，这样是不好的，老师应该管一管这些学生，一旦发现这种情况就要及早地去制止，否则到了乱得不成样子时就很难收场了。
11、教师要做到不打学生，要有信心地教育学生。因为你打了学生，那个学生不理解你为什么打他，即使你做得对，但学生不理解，他就会恨你，不听你的话，和你作对。
12、我们要在学校里面种植更多的花草树木，这样，绿树成荫，多好。一方面，种植花草树木，不仅有益身心健康，还能够使空地荒地得到美化。另一方面，种植花草树木，不但有芬芳艳丽的美景，还能够发出清香扑鼻的香气，使人做事时对事业充满信心。
13、我建议当班主任的老师们，分一些工作给那些没当班干部的学生，个个学生轮流当值日，一天只要排一个人值日，即减轻了班主任的管理压力，又使班干部不敢营私舞弊。
14、我的班主任是个脾气暴躁的人，很容易发火，要是有同学犯了错，班主任就会打他，他要是不改，班主任就天天不准他上课，这样一来，学生改错的希望就被打没了。班主任真不该！
15、有的班主任只要学生一犯错误，就会拿父母来吓他，动不动就说叫父母来学校，这也不行，既然老师是教育我们学知识的，同时也是我们的父母，所谓：“一日为师，终生为父”，那就要尽自己的义务教好啊。再说，捅到父母那里毕竟不是什么好事啊。

I am very happy to be one of your students. Now I have some advice for your teaching. Firstly, you teach so fast that some of us can't catch up with you. So why not make it slower. Secondly, we have lots of homework to do. Sometimes I don't finish doing it until 10 o'clock. I think homework is very important but too much homework makes us tired .
