等等英語
etc 即Et cetera，是"and so forth"、"and so on"、"and other things"縮寫。比如：
We could use cupcakes, cookies, etc. 我們可以使用任意種類的點心，也可以寫成We could use cupcakes, cookies, and so on. 和et cetera意思一樣，既可以用"and so on"，也可以用"..."來表示。不管用哪種方式，用法和意思都一樣。
"etc"後有句號。etc出現在句子中，要加上逗號。如果etc是句子結尾，以句子的標點來結尾。要是還有話，再加逗號。
比如："They ate cookies, cakes, peanuts, fairy floss, etc., and it's little wonder they ended up with stomachaches."

et cetera (=etc.)拉丁語的意思是 and other things，只能用於物；指人時應該用 et alii，或用英語and others，and the others。讀音為[it'setrə]。
