通過你的如此詳細的描述情況，我覺得你可以分為幾個版塊進行系統的學習。一你可以找一下關於語法方面的書或習題看看，可以先看四級的，你先來幾套試題做做看看，然後邊做邊復習，有空也可以把語法的方面的書拿過來看看，語法的很重要，這是基礎的東西，其實大學也沒比初中高中的英語多了什麼，只是句子結構變復雜點，詞彙量多了些，其他沒有太大的變化。二，語法問題解決了，下面就是聽力，聽說讀寫為什麼聽放在第一位，這是有道理的，聽多了，有語感了，就會想說沖動，聽力方面的材料很多，你還是可以先拿四級的聽力試題來練習一下，平時也可以聽聽VOA，等，四級做了感覺沒有多少問題，再做六級的，六級做了之後沒問題，基本英語在工作中是絕對夠用了。三我不知道你現在的工作是什麼，用英語的地方多不多，如果是多的話，可以參考一下同行的寫作，比如做外貿的，那些外貿郵件該怎麼寫，可以網上搜一下關於外貿郵件的樣本，多看看參照點學著寫，時間一長也就可以了。四就是詞彙量和習慣用語的積累，這些也可以在前三點的過程中學習，也可以找點相關資料來練，電腦上可以裝個軟體背單詞的，有空就學點。

首先是書籍方面，先是根據你自己的考試學習需求選擇相對應的書籍，比如說大學英語四級，大學英語六級，專業四級，專業八級。或者考研英語，托福，雅思。不管是哪一方面，都需要對症下葯，買相合適的書籍。華研外語星火或者其他的都可以，我個人比較喜歡華研外語，分類比較好，題庫內容也不錯。書籍內容可以買分類的那種，聽力專項，閱讀專項，作文專項，練習真題都可以買。

再者就是網路資源方面，也有很多值得學習的的地方。因為手機我們都是隨時帶在身上的，也給了我們很多學習的時間，再者學習起來也比較方便一些，可以隨時隨地進行學習。先是單詞背誦軟體，百詞斬加上歐陸詞典，他倆加在一起的效果秒殺其他所有軟體。

聽力方面可以下載VOA一系列的聽力軟體，BBC一系列的聽力軟體，看個人喜好下載，兩個就差不多了。每天軟體都會更新音頻，一般都是最新的時事熱點新聞，有中英對照，不會的地方可以看單詞，既能夠提升閱讀水平，單詞水平，又可以提高自己的聽力水平。一舉兩得。平時排隊，上廁所的時候都可以看一篇，完美的利用好時間。

還有一些網上英文新聞網站，你可以直接登陸國外網站看新聞，也可以訂閱CHINADAILY，還有很多微博博主也是發送全英文消息的，具體你可以自己去尋找。

怎樣才能學好英語口語

跟自己交流。

如果我既沒有錢沒有條件請得起外教，也沒有一個學習英語的環境呢?在這種情況下，我又該怎麼學習英語?其實我就是處在這種情況中，我的方法是和自己來交流。早晨起來3、5分鍾用英語策劃今天的生活，比如簡單地牢騷幾句：I
am so tired, why should get up so early to have classes? I do't want that!
然後可以換個角色勸自己: If you want to quit the class, your teacher will give you a low
point.如果周邊沒有人你就說出聲來。如果旁邊有好幾個人，就自己默默地想。

然後起來做事情，你可以一邊做一邊把你正在做或者想到的東西說出來，比如說" I am dressing myself, I hate this red
one! I want to dress myself
beautifully.有機會就說出聲，沒有機會就默默地說。其實很多時候沒有人監控，這些都可以說出來。晚上睡覺的時候，到了床上之後閉上眼睛，看看今天發生了什麼事情，總結一下今天的生活，把這些都用英語說出來。比如說"What
happened today? Oh this morning I talked with my friends, this afernoon, I had a
cup of coffee. The coffee was so nice. I liked it so much. And I felt very happy
today. 」
你看把發生的事用英語說出來，初中生都做得到，那麼高中生更可能了。而且還談一下自己的感想、感覺、心情，這些都可以總結一下。早上計劃用將來時，晚上總結用過去時。把訓練過程用完成時說一遍。

怎樣才能學好英語口語

勇於犯錯。

如果剛開始跟別人說話緊張的話，你就跟自己交流。你跟別人說話緊張的話，剛開始自己跟自己說英文，不會錯，說英語要變成翻譯，首先想漢語，用英語翻譯成漢語，其實發現這些漢語在課本當中都出現過，就是想不起來。我建議有一些學習方法，你要常常想一下，中國人說漢語怎麼說?看久了以後，英國是這樣的英語，漢語這么說，熟練了以後就可以發現英國人經常說「喝杯茶」。中國人用喝，你可能會說「drink
a cup of tea」英語用「have a cup of
tea」。另外犯了錯誤怎麼辦?在美國、加拿大，你說錯話別人都不會管你。一般錯誤出現都不是特別的錯誤，就算是的話也要犯這個錯誤。
比如說我明天到上海，可能說錯了，Tomorrow I went to Shanghai.正確的是 I will go to
Shanghai.但你會發現這是緊張造成的，說多了就不會犯這個錯誤。所以犯的錯誤沒什麼可的。80%的是可以糾正，剩下糾正不了的話也不會影響交際。有這些錯誤也比你一點都不會強。

中西結合效果好。

對於老師的選擇，有兩種看法，一種是讓本土老師來教，另一種是讓外教來教。這兩種方法各有各自的優勢和弊端。本土老師教外語可以很好地和你交流和溝通，並且能夠了解你的缺陷和不足之處。而外教教口語的話，可以很好的避免Chinglish的情況發生，因為本土老師教的即便沒錯也很可能不地道，拜託不了漢語的思維。所以老師的選擇可以選擇外教為主，本土教師輔助教學。
