❼ 提高英語聽力。我下載了100篇英語文章音頻，是反復聽熟了一篇後再聽下一篇好，還是，循環聽這一百篇好

不要看原文，復先完整的聽一制遍（大致知道講什麼就行了），再分句聽，聽一句暫停，復述出來或者寫下來（個人認為說出來就可以了比較方便），復述不出就重復聽，整篇這樣說完，完整放全文跟著讀，還是不要看原文！最後把不認識的單詞和好的句子整理在本子上背出來就好。這樣堅持一個月肯定有效果！
還有，文章不要太長，4~5分鍾最好。我自己也這樣練的。
