in與at的比較：用於地方時，at指較小的地方，如指城鎮時，in指較大的地方，用於省、國家、大陸前。國際大都市前用at 和in都有，但在London前通常用in。在指說話人的住處時要用in，且一般in表示實在的存在，而at卻不是。
