Ⅲ 秋天的英文到底是autumn還是fall
autumn和fall都可以表示秋天的英文。
fall是美國多民族下自然形成的本地語，和方言差不多。但現在也廣泛使用，autumn是正式的英國英語。fall和autumn都有秋天的意思，autumn和fall這兩個詞的區別在於使用地區的不同，前者為英國用詞，後者是美國英語。
1、autumn：
①作為名詞，還有「成熟期、漸衰期」的意思。例句：
例句：The result showed that autumn 、brood amount and spawn weight of the two female mature fish was about colse.(結果表明：兩種魚成熟產卵期和成熟卵粒重相近。)
②作為形容詞，有「秋天的、秋季的」。例句：
例句：The autumn sky is especially clear and bright. (秋天的天空分外明凈。)
2、fall：
①作為名詞，有「瀑布」的意思。
例句：In the afternoon, we went to the mountains to look for a water fall. 下午，我們直奔山裡去找尋一個瀑布。
②作為動詞，有「跌落、落下」的意思。例句：
例句：I would fall down on your lips. 我要輕輕落下，親吻你的嘴唇。
