高考英語聽力是先考的，有兩次機會，滿分30分，計算進英語總分。

2020年將有4個省市推行高考新制度，分別是北京、天津、山東以及海南，2020年北京在推行新高考英語中，英語聽力分值總分30分，採用的是筆試和聽力考試分離，取英語聽力最高成績以及筆試成績，一同組成英語科目成績並計入高考總分。

天津：2020年以及以後的高考生，擁有兩次英語聽力考試的機會，考試時間和普通高中學業水平等級性考試同期進行，第2次高考英語考試（筆試）則是在6月份統一高考時進行。

山東：從2017年秋季高中入學的新生算起，考生以語數英三大科為主科，各科滿分為150分，文理不分科，考生有兩次外語科目的考試機會。

海南：海南將從2017年秋季入學的高中一年級學生開始推行新高考制度，外語科目有兩次考試機會，取最高的一次成績計入高考總成績。

北京：2021年起北京地區的高考英語科目將增加口語考試部分，口語分數滿分20分和聽力考試總分加起來50分，英語科目滿分則是150分維持不變。

1、不要糾結

考前告訴孩子，一定不要糾結於到底做不做，以免考試當天手忙腳亂，不管決定做還是不做，6月8日下午一定要堅持貫徹到底。

2、臨考練習

英語考試播放聽力的同時，是可以做其他筆試部分的。建議這兩天可以適當練習下在英語聽力朗讀的環境下去做筆試題，排除干擾。

3、直接填答案

如果你還糾結，不願意把聽力試題空著，又不想佔用筆試時間，那麼比較靠譜的一條建議是：聽力直接填答案！聽力選項只有三個，正常情況下蒙也能蒙上10分左右。
