我覺得不算太難，聽力還是那個美國「杜比」讀的，單選很基礎。完型有一定難度，尤其是對事件發展的過程的理解，耗點時間。閱讀也有一定難度，答案區域較為隱蔽分散。

再說說我，我只錯了一個完型填空，第二卷書面表達
與答案基本一致，估分143

全國一卷： 河北 、河南、 山西、 廣西
全國卷二： 黑龍江、吉林、內蒙古、專寧夏、甘肅、青海、新疆、西屬藏、貴州、雲南、海南。
不過英語的話，情況比較特殊。
比如山東省：英語的聽力和全國卷一相同，但是後邊的部分全部是自主命題。
比如黑龍江：2009年考的是全國卷一，其他年份用的是全國卷二。
比如河北：英語好像用全國二，其他科目用全國卷一。
