this是一本老牌教材，內容選擇都比較經典，不過有些文章也很老。我是英語專業的，大學的時候挺第二冊（就是中級），感覺難易比較適中。我那時是拿著教師用書的，要是實在聽不出來的話就對照一下原文。
中級里的短文都是外國的話劇演員錄制的，但也都是很口語化，語速很快的了。高級的難度肯定會更高一些，有些科普的文章。

建議每天保持2小時的聽力，不一定要做題，即使是閑下來的時候放著，也能培養語感，不過睡前聽的時候要注意了，這個是很強大的催眠劑哦
