二、時間名詞前所用介詞的速記歌

年月周前要用in，日子前面卻不行；

遇到幾號要用on，上午下午又是in；

午夜黃昏須用at，黎明用它也不錯；

at也用在時分前，說差可要用上to；

說過只可使用past，多說多練牢牢記，莫讓歲月空蹉跎。

三、一般現在時態

I、we、you、they作主語，動詞原形後面跟；

否定句，更容易，動詞前面加don't；

疑問句，別著急，句首Do，來幫你，後面問號別忘記；

肯定回答用Yes,I、we、you、they加上do；

四、一般過去時

五、獨立主格結構

名代二詞是其主，句子結構必分明；

時間條件和原因，方式伴隨沒別的；

狀從和其前三個，可以互變不難學。

六、動詞形式的變化

動詞根本是原形，變化形式有四種：

原形詞尾加「s」，現在第三單人稱；

過去原形加「ed」，過去分詞也相同；

原形加上「ing」，現在分詞或動名。

原形詞尾加「s」，如同名詞復數式。

若加「ed/ing」，以下情況要注意：

詞尾有e只加d，ing去無聲e；

詞尾ie變成y，然後再加ing；

輔音之後y結尾，y要變i加ed；

現在分詞不變y，直接加上ing ;

詞尾重讀閉音節，加綴輔音都雙寫，

r做結尾也一樣，重讀音節r雙寫；

結尾字母是「t」，不是重讀也雙寫；

過去分詞過去式，不按規則也有些。
