⑺ 如何設計小學生的趣味英語作業
小學生英語水平的提高主要依靠課堂教學，課外作業做為其延伸和有效補充，對學生能力的培養起著重要的促進作用。如何有效布置作業，更好地發揮其輔助功能，是擺在每個英語教師面前的重要課題。
小學生對於英語老師布置的家庭作業常常是主觀上並不願意完成，但迫於對教師、家長的畏懼又不得不完成，於是形成了："你留我寫，你逼我交，你批我改"的被動、無奈的作業形式。有10%左右的學生，經常在次日早晨忙忙碌碌地補作業或者拿著別人的作業本抄。甚至有10%左右的學生幾乎天天不完成作業，原因是不會做或不願意做。當問及"你認為理想的家庭作業是什麼樣的？"，絕大多數學生表示，他們喜歡有特色的、動手實踐的、有吸引力的、發揮自己創造力的、聯系生活實際的、自己跳一跳就能夠完成的課外作業。所以，我們設計的課外作業必須具有以下特徵：
①差異性。學生是存在個體差異的，有差異的學生做無差異的作業，勢必會造成有的學生"吃不飽"，有的學生"吃不了"的現象。為此，作業應針對學生的差異，分層布置，讓不同發展水平的學生在適合自己的作業中取得成功，獲得輕松、愉快、滿足的心理體驗，從而培養英語能力。
②實踐性。多元智能理論認為："充分提供情節背景下的學習是最有效的"。人要實踐由自然人向社會人的發展，必然將所學真正理解並能學以致用。對此，實踐性作業正可以發揮它的獨特優勢。
③趣味性。蘇霍姆林斯基認為："所有智力方面的工作大都依賴於興趣。"教學的實踐也證明：興趣是最好的老師，是學生學習的動力。然而，一些英語作業形式呆板，內容枯燥，形成了一成不變的脫離實際的無趣模式，這樣非常不利於學生英語綜合素質的培養。如果我們的作業設計富有創意，形式新穎，內容聯系實際並有一定的趣味性，學生定會在一種愉悅的環境中，體驗到尋覓真知和增長才乾的成功樂趣。
④開放性。我們的教學要堅持以學生為本，充分尊重學生的興趣愛好，把學生置於一個動態、開放的學習環境中，為學生提供多元、綜合學習的機會，讓學生在無拘無束的環境中，學得主動，學得積極，使每位學生都成為學習的主人，體現自主開放的學習過程。
結合幾年來的教學實踐，我逐漸摸索出了運用四類作業形式，提高小學生英語綜合運用能力的"任務型"教學的英語作業設計路子。
1.嘗試實踐型的作業
"任務型"教學倡導把握語言的最終途徑是讓學生去做事情。當學生積極地參與，用目的語進行交際的嘗試時，語言也就被把握了。因此，采訪、寫觀察記錄、做調查等作業形式能很好地發揮學生的語言潛能。
在學習了四年級上冊的《Unit
5 What would you
like？》這一單元後，我設計了這樣一份作業：學校新餐廳要開業了，炊事員想了解一下班裡同學愛吃的食物，以方便同學們。要求學生設計一份采訪記錄表，用英語記錄被采訪對象的姓名以及喜愛的食物名稱，每人至少採訪5個以上同學並在小組內交流，再把統計的結果製成表格在班內匯報。
這道作業貼近生活，學生能運用所學知識進行真實地交際。他們的愛好被真實地調動了起來，不僅鞏固了語言知識，還與其他同學溝通了感情，培養了一定的觀察和思考能力。
2.嘗試創新型的作業
《新課程標准》指出，教學過程是激發學生創造性的過程。教學除了在課堂教學中設計各種趣味活動激發學生創造性能力外，還應在作業設計與布置上滲透這一理念，讓學生將學過的詞彙、語言結構等重新組合表達自己的想法和意思。小學英語教材為學生提供了大量歌曲、韻詩、故事等豐富的學習內容，教師除了可以布置讀、背、表演類的作業外，還可以設計如"歌詞新作"、"小詩新創"、"故事新編"等作業。
在學完《Books and
pencils》這首歌後，我布置了這樣的一道作業：同學們能自己試著寫出新的歌詞嗎？利用課外活動時間開了一個"老歌新唱"演唱會，學生用學過的或自學的文具及課本單詞編出了一首首新歌。課上課下學生邊演邊唱，熱情高漲。一些平時學習英語比較困難，成績落後的學生也加入到"小作家"的行列，開始模擬著"寫詩"了，當他們看到自己的作品也能登上班級的"大雅之堂"，心裡格外興奮，自信心油然而生，也就逐漸喜歡上英語課啦。
3.嘗試製作型的作業
在"任務型"教學中教師要經常設計一些任務讓學生動手製作以獲得和積累學習經驗。這類型的作業無疑能使學生享受"I can do it in English"的樂趣。
如：學完祈使句後，我讓學生為校園的各個場所設計英語警示牌。學生留心觀察校園的各個角落，精心完成這項作業。於是，學校的綠樹、紅花上有了"Don't
climb the tree！""Don't pick the flowers！"等提示語。垃圾箱旁樹上了"Put the trash in
the bin！"樓梯拐角處貼上了"Don't push！"等溫馨提示……
又如：到了聖誕節、元旦或者班裡同學生日，我都動員學生自製英文賀卡，用英語傳遞自己的真誠祝福。這類作業強化了學生語言知識的運用，變學生被動學習為有意義地主動學習，培養了學生的動手能力和團結意識，更從中傳遞著濃濃的同學友誼和人文關懷。
4.嘗試自選式作業
如在教授完My Family 一單元後布置的"今日作業超市"：
☆錄音作業，模仿課文錄音的語氣，朗讀課文的內容。
☆☆對話作業，帶上自己的家庭照片，和小夥伴用英語介紹各自的家庭成員。
☆☆☆實踐作業，到同學家去做客，試著用英語來進行家庭成員間的相互交流。
此類型作業體現差異性和實踐性共存。從☆到☆☆☆作業難度逐步加大，學生可以根據自身特點挑選"超市"中難易不同的作業類型。基礎較差的學生選擇完成☆作業，學有餘力的學生可以選擇多項作業。
這樣的形式打破了以往單一的作業模式，增加了作業的彈性，把選擇權交還給學生。充分考慮到學生的學習基礎的差異，發揮學生的自主性。
加上相應的評價制度，完成☆作業最多隻能得一顆星，如果完成三項作業，就能相應地得到☆☆☆☆☆☆。結果只有一小部分學生選擇了☆作業，大多數學生都自願完成三項作業。有的學生為了語境更加真實，發動全家一起學習一些常用的問候語，配合他成功地完成了☆☆☆作業。
總之，在嘗試完成以上四類不同形式作業的同時，學生的學習方式發生了很大的變化。從"要我學"到"我要學"，從封閉、單一的接受性學習到開放、多元的有意義的學習，學生真正有機會在完成作業中綜合運用所學語言，在交流展示中濃厚了英語學習的愛好，強化了英語學習動力，培養了自主學習、合作學習和探究學習的意識。
