以一個同齡人的角度，我推薦內的是《英容語奧林匹克》，你當然用八年級（初二）的（各年級的內容會有些重復，並且每年都有一種版本，微有改動）。這套叢書算是英語輔導報的兄弟姐妹了，這本書我們學校是競賽輔導專用。相信裡面會有你要的英語知識（語法、時態等都有，包括練習），這主要訓練筆頭上的。這書在書店買不到，只能郵購，便宜很多，20元左右。
當然聽力和語音語調也很重要，首選《新概念英語》，我們老師也要求我們用這套書，如果基礎很好，當然是買第2冊，一定還要買磁帶。每篇課文先不看，光聽磁帶，然後寫下來，聽不出，聽個十幾遍也沒關系，當然，可以在聽之前看看裡面的生詞，裡面專門都列出來了。磁帶多聽多跟讀多模仿，現在的人學英語越來越不注重語音語調了。
這兩種方法結合是非常好的，我自己也在用。但起碼是要自己自覺才適用。這也是我總結出來的

先給你個網站，這個網站有片語、語法和相應的練習。
建議你把不懂的單詞先記熟。因為單詞是細胞，從小方面下手，不過簡單的、比較少用的單詞可以不記，像某些少見的地名之類的。不過我記得初中的單詞大多數都要記的，上了高中有很多單詞和初中是一樣的。
單詞過關了，就記片語了，片語可是骨架啊。只要把平時上課老師講的記住問題就不大了。
練習是不能缺的。你抓住自己的弱項去練，完形填空不行就練它，語法填空不行就練它。還有作文很重要，作文靠多讀多背好的文章和句子。
其實，學好英語就靠多讀和多背，讀多了，語感就有了，有了語感，做題就會比較簡單了。
這就是我學習英語的方法，現在高三了，英語考130還真難，就是單詞背的少，記得不牢，看來我也得補補了。
