起源——
關於火鍋的起源,有兩種說法:一種說是在中國三國時期或魏文帝時代,那時的「銅鼎」,就是火鍋的前身;另一種說是火鍋始於東漢,出土文物中的「斗」就是指火鍋。可見火鍋在中國已有1900多年的歷史了。
《魏書》記載,三國時代,曹丕代漢稱帝時期,已有用銅所制的火鍋出現,人們使用火鍋煮用來涮豬、牛、羊、雞、魚等各種肉食,但當時並不流行,後來隨著烹調技術進一步的發展,各式的火鍋也相繼閃亮登場。到北宋時代,汴京開封的酒館,冬天已有火鍋應市。
